At JB’s World, we want you and your dog to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Show no signs of damage, wear, or use
If these conditions are met, we will provide a full refund for the item price once the return is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used. These may include certain pet products that come into direct contact with pets.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
